This type is used where maturation of the meat is required, since with this type of stockinette, a reduction in weight loss of up to 2% is achieved
Stockinette (LC) light sewn, cut and sewn on one side, therefore ready in length.
We produce the following standard sizes:
CM 90 - 130 - 180 - 240 - 320, but we supply different lengths on customer request as well
